Direct number to the IT Forum Group service desk, often used in urgent cases instead of email. The service desk will create a ticket and fix the problem or forward to the right technician.

Write an email to us and shortly afterwards you will receive an automatic response, creating a ticket in our IT support system. The service desk will then handle your issue as soon as possible.

Opening hours in the service desk:

Monday: 07.00 - 16.30
Tuesday: 07.00 - 16.30
Wednesday: 07.00 - 16.30
Thursday: 07.00 - 16.30
Friday: 07.00 - 16.00

We're open all summer, as well as between Christmas and New Year. 

In addition to the above opening hours, there is a on-call schedule who can be contacted 24/7. Call on phone number 70 266 150 and enter 4NB! Activating the emergency hotline may incur additional costs.

We have a dedicated helpdesk and proactively monitor systems. For critical outages, we have established escalation procedures and a emergency response team 

(incident response).

Yes, we offer full support on all solutions - from Microsoft 365 and Office apps for cloud hosting and server operations - with access to experts and issue management within hours.
