1. All web hosting packages and server rentals are on a 12-month prepaid term unless otherwise agreed. This also applies to externally hosted servers, add-ons and service packages.
2. This means ordering and paying for a total period of 12 months.
3. Any unused parts of the rental period will not be refunded upon termination.
4. Servers are rented by ITF / redHOST.
5. Delivery time on web hosts 1-2 days.
6. Delivery time on server is 1-2 weeks.
7. When purchasing external backup for web hosts, an attempt is always made to restore within 24 hours after a crash.
8. When purchasing external backup space for dedicated servers, the customer has access to the backup space via FTP.
9. ITF / redHOST does not provide assistance for restoration etc. as a result of crashes on dedicated servers included in the price.
10. ITF / redHOST assumes no responsibility for operating losses or other costs in connection with downtime of both hardware and networks for web hosting and/or dedicated servers. We naturally strive to minimize downtime as much as possible in cases where downtime could occur.
11. ITF / redHOST also accepts no liability for loss of data.
12. Termination of the rental of a dedicated server, web space or other service must be received by ITF / redHOST in writing no later than 30 days before the end of the agreement period - if this is not fulfilled, the period is extended by a similar length as the previous one.
13. As redHOST begins the production and customization of the ordered domain and web space immediately after ordering the domain and web space, the statutory right of withdrawal is waived. When ordering the domain and web space, the customer agrees that the statutory right of withdrawal shall end at the moment redHOST begins the production and creation of the domain and web space.
14. ITF / redHOST assumes neither responsibility for, nor rights to, our customers' content and/or material, and in the event of content and/or material that violates applicable law, we reserve the right to discontinue service without notice.
15. If the traffic limit included for the respective web hosts and/or dedicated servers is exceeded, the service in question is automatically upgraded to the level above which the traffic consumption can be contained and the customer is invoiced for this in the month in which the limit is exceeded and until the customer requests a downgrade. redHOST undertakes to inform the customer accordingly.
16. We also make reservations for price changes, discontinued products and services, delivery delays and other circumstances beyond our control.

* All dedicated servers with free traffic connections can peak at the specified speed, but 100% capacity is not guaranteed to be available on the specified port size as the port is shared by multiple servers. If a dedicated port of 100 Mbps or 1 Gbps is desired, this can be arranged by contacting redHOST.
