2. Processing of personal data
Personal data is any type of information that can be used in whole or in part to identify an individual.
At IT Forum Gruppen A/S, we collect and process personal data to the extent necessary and relevant for the performance and development of the services we provide. We handle this personal data responsibly and it is protected by security measures and procedures that are regularly reviewed and updated.
We systematically delete personal data when it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, when the data subject has requested deletion (and this is not contrary to mandatory provisions) or following the recommendations of the Danish Data Protection Agency.
We process personal data about the following:
We handle personal data about our employees in order to fulfill the requirements that come with normal employment relationships. This includes applications, CVs, contact information, CPR numbers, portrait and situation photos, employment contracts, bank information, working hours and absence registration, APV, monitoring data, tax information, correspondence, consents, etc.
Upon receipt of the application and attachments, the submitted material will be read by the relevant manager for the purpose of answering and assessing the content in relation to a defined job. Our legal basis for processing your application is the balancing of interests.
Applications and attachments are shared internally with relevant people in the recruitment process and are not disclosed to others outside the company.
Applications and attachments are stored until the right candidate is found and the recruitment process is completed. After that, the application and attachments will be deleted.
For unsolicited applications, the application and attachments are stored for a maximum of 1 month, after which they are deleted.

We handle personal data about our suppliers. This includes contact information, invoice data and case management documentation.
We handle personal data about current customers in order to deliver goods and services as agreed with the customer. This includes contact information, invoice data, correspondence, CVR numbers for sole traders, case management documentation, system logs, user management systems (Active Directory and other e-directories), contract documents and consents.
In our capacity as hosting provider, we also handle personal data as data processor for a large number of our customers. This handling is regulated by data processing agreements concluded between IT Forum Gruppen A/S and the customer in question.
We handle personal data about potential customers for information sharing and marketing purposes. This includes contact information and consents.
If you sign up for the IT Forum Group newsletter, we register your email address. If you have provided information about your name, position and company when contacting us via the contact form or registering for a seminar, we will also register this information.
By signing up for the newsletter, you give IT Forum Gruppen consent to process this personal data in accordance with applicable law and solely for the purpose of receiving newsletters and other marketing material.
The information is registered in IT Forum Gruppen's systems, including our CRM system and our systems for sending newsletters. Employees of the IT Forum Group have access to the information.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by unsubscribing from the newsletter again. You can do this by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the newsletter or by contacting us via the contact details at the top of this page.

In the event of a security breach involving a high risk to your rights, we will notify you of the security breach as soon as possible under the circumstances.
