Digitalization is in full swing and the IT industry is changing rapidly. Not only because of the constant stream of new opportunities and new requirements for flexibility and IT security, but also because of the many acquisitions in the industry and the arrival of foreign private equity funds with other interests than the IT nerds and enthusiasts who helped kick-start the industry. IT service providers are becoming fewer and fewer, but on the other hand, some of them are getting really big.
At IT Forum Gruppen, we grow with long-term value creation in mind. We now have just over 140 employees, which we think is a good size. We're big enough to cover a wide range of professional areas and ensure good depth in the solutions we offer. At the same time, we are still small enough to know our customers' individual needs and maintain the good personal contact that is so important to keep the IT machinery running smoothly every single day.

Flexible collaboration is valuable collaboration
A good collaboration is a flexible collaboration that creates value for both customer and supplier. Our focus on flexibility means that we do not try to impose a standard solution on our customers, but that we always start with the customer's individual needs and wishes. It also means that our collaboration agreements allow for changes as the customer's needs change and new technical possibilities emerge. It's all about the flexibility to have the best solution at all times so that customers are not tied to a specific solution that will be outdated by the end of the contract. In this way, we ensure closer and longer customer relationships to the mutual benefit of the customer and us.
IT is more than buzz and fancy terms
IT has become business-critical. That's why there's no point in reducing the dialog about IT to buzzwords and fancy terms that no one understands anyway. That's why new technologies should be adopted when they are mature and solve a real customer need - not to win a race to be first with the latest.
