How do I access video surveillance from my smartphone?
To use the UniFi Video Viewer on your mobile phone, download UniFi video (1) via Google Play (Android) or App Store (iPhone)
Open the app and click on Connect directly to your NVR (2).
Click the three dots in the top right corner (3) and select Add New NVR (4).
Enter the following information:
NVR Address (5): Your NVR address
Username (6): Your NVR username
Password (7): Your NVR password
Click here Sign In (8).
Your app is now installed and ready to use.
Note! Not all users have the same rights. Therefore, there may be features that are inaccessible to some users.
