How do I create a new user for UniFi Protect?
Open a browser and go to: community.ui.com
Press the Register (1) in the top right corner
Fill in the form with your first name, last name, optional username, email address and optional password (2)
Check the checkbox Agree to Privacy Policy & Terms of Service (3)
Pressure Register (4)
You will now receive an email from Ubiquiti Networks.
Open the email and tap Verify Your Email Address to verify your account.
You will now be asked to log in again. You can either enter your chosen username or your email address.
Then have the highest authority (your IT manager, boss or similar) send an email to support@itf.dk with the following information:
- Subject field: Create user for UniFi Protect
- Notes company name
- Make a note of the email address of the user that has just been created.
Once we have registered the user in the system, you will receive an invitation to the video server so that you can view the surveillance.
