Add email signature

How do I set up my email signature in Outlook?


Open up Outlook (1).

Click on the Filer (2).

Select Settings in the menu on the left (3).

Select Mail in the menu on the left (4) and Signatures in the menu on the right (5).

To create a new email signature click New (6) and name your new email signature. Fill in the text field with your new signature (7) and choose whether the email signature should appear in New announcements (8) and/or Reply/forwarding (9). Click here OK to save (10).
