How do I change my remote desktop password?
You can change your remote desktop password in two ways:
Go to Start (1), scroll down and open the folder IT Support (2) and select Windows security - Password - Password - Password (3)
Or
Pressure Ctrl + Alt + End on the keyboard
Select Change a password (4)
Enter the following information:
Previous password (5): your current password
New password (6): your new password
Confirm password (7): enter your new password again
Press the Enter keys.
Your password has now been changed.
Notes: that your new password must meet the following criteria:
- The password must be a minimum of 8 characters, mixed case and contain numbers or special characters".
- The password must not contain all or part of your name.
- The password must not be identical to a previous password you have had.
