How do I share my screen with the other meeting participants in a meeting room?

You can share your screen in the following 4 ways:
- Wireless connectivity (Wireless Monitor)
- Cable connection
- Apple connectivity Wireless
- Remote Desktop connectivity
1. Wireless connectivity (Wireless Monitor)
Turn on the TV.
Open the Action Center. Click Connect and select screen.
End session by disconnecting or turning off the screen.
2. Cable connection
Turn on the TV.
Plug the HDMI connector into your computer.
If it doesn't appear automatically, select the HDMI input under "Source" on the remote control that matches the connector in the wall.
3. Apple connectivity Wireless
The TV supports AirPlay
Turn on TV
On your phone/iPad, swipe up from the bottom or down from the right corner and select "Duplicate screen". Select the screen you want to connect to.
On the TV screen you will see a code to enter on your phone/iPad.
You can now display content from your iPhone.
On a MAC you can choose cable connection or AirPlay. Click the AirPlay icon in the top right corner. Select the screen you want to connect to.
4. Remote Desktop connectivity
Turn on the mini PC mounted behind the TV screen.
Open the Remote Desktop icon on your desktop and log in with your email address and password. Your Remote Desktop desktop is now visible.
