Microsoft 365 mail - on iPhone via Outlook app

How do I set up my Microsoft 365 email account in Outlook App on my iPhone?

Note! If you want to use iPhone's integrated app instead of Outlook's mail app, follow this guide: Microsoft 365 mail on iPhone

Microsoft 365 mail is Microsoft's mail solution delivered directly from Microsoft's own cloud.

Get the app Microsoft Outlook (1) in the App Store.

Open up Microsoft Outlook the app. Enter your email address (2) and click Add account (3).

Enter your password (4) and click Log in (5).

If your company uses 2 factor protection, you will now be sent an SMS code. Enter the code (I) and click Confirm (II).

Select if you want to add another Office 365 account. If not, click Maybe later (6).

Outlook will now launch a presentation wizard, which you can choose to follow (7) or skip (8).

Finally, select whether you want to enable notifications from the app (9).

Your email is now fully configured.

Contact us

If you want to see your contacts in the built-in contacts app on your iPhone, do the following:

Open the menu in the top left corner

Press the Settings (the cog) in the bottom left corner

Select your email account

Turn on the button Save contacts

Press the Save to my iPhone

Notes: that you cannot edit or add contacts to your mail account via the built-in iPhone contact app. This must be done via the Outlook App (or Outlook on WTS).
