How do I reset my computer when I don't have local administrator rights?
Ensure that OneDrive is fully synchronized
Open the OneDrive icon in the bottom right corner of the taskbar (1)
Check that it says Your files are synchronized (2)

Make a note of BitLocker Recovery Key

Go to the Troubleshooter and reset your PC
Team Shift-button on the keyboard and restart your computer in the meantime.
Under 'Choose an option', select Continue (3)

Select Reset this PC (4)

Select Remove everything (5) (your files are stored in OneDrive)
NOTE! Other users' data on the computer will also disappear, but it will typically be synced to OneDrive.

Enter your recovery key (6) (BitLocker Recovery Key), as noted earlier in the guide.
Pressure Continue (7)

Select Clean the drive completely (9)

Select Reset (10)
The computer will now start to reset. This will take some time.

Set up your reset PC
Select Language (11)

Select Country (12)

Select keyboard layout (13)

Pressure Skip to (14)

Select Networking and press Next (15)

Enter the your email address (16)
Click here Next (17)

Enter the your password (18)
Click here Log in (19)

Approve with Microsoft Authenticator (MFA) on your phone (20)

Your profile is now being set up. This may take some time. The reset is complete when you see your desktop.
