Click on the Windows flag (1)

Select Settings (2)

Select Accounts (3)

Select Access to work or school (4)

If an account has been added here, tap Disconnect. (5) Then press Yes, you can

Then press Connect (6) (Note: this applies regardless of whether you already had an account added or not)

Click here Enroll this device to Entra-id (7)

Notes: If you do not see this link, check that you are connected to the internet.

Enter your email address (8)

Important! It is important that it is the login information for the primary user of the computer being entered, as the computer is locked to this user.

Click here Next (9)

Enter your password (10)

Click here Log in (11)

Enter the number on the screen in your Microsoft Authenticator app (12)

Notes: You may find that you are asked to pick up Authenticator app on your phone to authenticate the login. Follow this guide on the Support Portal if you do not have the Microsoft Authenticator app installed: Set up Microsoft Authenticator (MFA)

Authorize the computer to be enrolled in Entra ID by pressing Join us (13)

Wait for the computer to connect to the company. Then press Done (14)

VERY IMPORTANT!
Once you have pressed Done log in as your new user (your new user is your email address)

You can log out by right-clicking on Start (15)

Select Close computer or log off (16)

Select Log off (17)

When the login screen appears, press Other user (18) in the bottom left corner

Then enter your email address (19)

Enter your password (20)

Click here Enter to log in (21)

Your computer is now being prepared and will log in as soon as the computer is ready for use. This may take a few minutes depending on your computer's capacity.
