1. Change your password

First, you need to change the submitted password to a personal code.

Open a browser and access your email account at https://outlook.office365.com

Log in with the submitted username/email address and password.

Tap the symbol with your initials in the top right corner (1) and click My account (2)

Now select Change password in the overview (3)

Enter the default password sent to you (4)

Enter a new and personalized code (5)

Note! There are the following password requirements:

• minimum 8 characters
• Mixed upper and lower case letters
• contain numbers or special characters.

The password must not:

• contain parts of your name
• be identical to a password you have had before.

Repeat the new code (6)

Pressure Send (7)

Your Microsoft 365 mail account is now ready to use.
