Log in to the remote desktop via access.hosit.dk (Mac)

Please note that you must have the program installed Microsoft Remote Desktop on your Mac before moving on. You can download the program in APP Store.

Open a browser such as Safari or Google Chrome. Go to the page https://access.hosit.dk

Enter your details:

Username (1): your username e.g. anders.andersen
Password (2): Password for your new remote desktop solution

Click here Login (3).

You will now receive a one-time code by SMS that you need to enter during Password (4). Click here Login (5).

If you have an orange welcome text, we recommend changing the layout. To do this, click on Classic mode (6) in the top right corner.

Once you are logged in to the login portal, click on WTS-XXX (7).

Click here Download (8).

In the future, when logging in from this computer, simply click Read more (9).

Under Secure Mobile Access Connect Agents select Mac (10).

Then click on SMAConnectA...dmg (11).

On newer Mac computers, you may find that your security settings do not allow installation of the program SMA Connect Agents.

If you do not experience this, skip to the SMAConnectAgent section.

Go to System settings via the Apple logo in the top left corner of the main menu. Then select Security and anonymity.

Open the padlock at the bottom left (12). Click on it. Open anyway out for SMAConnectAgent.dmg (13).

The installation will now be initiated.

Traits SMAConnectAgent (14) into the folder Applications (15).

Now click the server link on the left again (16).

Click here Read more (17).

You must now select Allowed (18).

Check the checkbox Don't ask me for connections to this computer (19). Click here Read more (20).

You will then enter your remote desktop password and you will be logged in.
