How do I install programs on my remote desktop?
As a rule, you are not allowed to install programs on the remote desktop yourself. Therefore, it requires administrator rights to install.
There are several reasons for this:

- We need to ensure that the program does not disturb or make noise for other users or programs.
- We need to ensure that the necessary policies are in place for the use of the program, e.g. according to GDPR.
What do I need to do to install a program?
If you have a program you want to install, it must be approved by what we call supreme authoritywhich are people, for example in the management of your company, who have the right to approve such changes. Then, after a risk assessment, we can install the program.
