Everyday life with Check4Spam

How do I whitelist, blacklist and release emails in my spam filter?

How does the spam filter work?

Check4Spam spam filter protects your inbox from spam and viruses.

All incoming emails are scanned for malicious content before they are delivered to your inbox.

How do I release emails from the spam filter?

If the spam filter blocks some emails, a spam report is sent to your inbox the following day.

If Check4Spam has blocked emails by mistake, you can release them in the spam report by clicking the green arrow next to the current email.

However, you don't have to wait until you receive the spam report to release an email.

  • Go to your spam filter control panel https://check4spam.dk*
  • Log in with your email address and password that you use for your email account.
  • Select the tab Quarantine (1)

  • Email will now be released and delivered to your inbox in a matter of seconds.
