How do I access my Adobe application if the program starts with an error message?


Note! To complete this guide, you need to have a license for the Adobe application you want to open.

Follow the instructions if you get the following error message: We can't confirm your subscription status

Open the Adobe program Creative Cloud (1).

Log out of Creative Cloud the program by tapping the round icon in the top right corner (2) and then Log out (3).

Pressure Continue (4).

Right-click on the taskbar at the bottom of the screen (5) and select Job list (6)

If the image looks like this, press More information (7), otherwise skip to the next point in the guide.

Tap on the tab More details (8), find and select Creative Cloud.exe (9) and press Finish job (10).

Pressure End process (11).

Launch a random Adobe program, such as InDesign or PhotoShop. You will now be asked to log in and the issue should be resolved.
