How do I open a PDF file from Edge directly in the Adobe program?
Open up Microsoft Edge
Click on the three dots in the top right corner
Select Settings
Select Cookies and website settings in the menu to the left.
Scroll down and select PDF documents
Activate Always download PDF files
Click on the three dots in the top right corner of Edge
Select Downloads
Find a PDF file
Right-click on the PDF file and select Always open with the system viewer
Note! A prerequisite for the above to work is that Adobe is set as the default PDF opening program in Windows. If the above does not work, you should therefore check that Adobe is set as the default program.
