How do I access the company's 365 workplace from my PC?
You only need 7 important steps before you can start using your new system:
- Prepare your PC for the 365 workplace.
- Change password
- Setting up MS Office 365

- Setting up the default printer
1. Prepare your PC for the 365 workplace.
Select one of the following three scenarios that fits your situation and complete the corresponding steps as described below.
I have taken over my PC from a colleague
a. Start the PC.
b. If Login is set to foreign username, select Other user, at the bottom left of the screen.
c. Enter your provided username and password.
d. Now go to section 2. Change your password
I have received a new prepared PC from IT Forum Group
a. Start PC
b. Select language, region and keyboard layout.
c. Connect to a wired or wireless network.
d. At login, enter your provided username and password.
e. If your company has chosen to protect your account with two-factor control (SMS code), you will be guided here - otherwise you will automatically be directed to point f.
f. Your PC will now automatically prepare your 365 account. This may take a few minutes.
g. Now go to section 2. Change your password
I / the company bought my PC myself
If your PC is new and has never been used.

2. Change your password
Change the default password sent to you to a personal code.
- Press the keys Alt + Ctrl + Del at the same time
- Select Change a password
- Enter your email address (1) and press Next (2)
- Enter your password (3) and press Log in (4)
- Enter transmitted SMS code (5)
- Check the checkbox Don't ask me again for 14 days. (6) and press Confirm (7)
- Pressure Yes, you can (8)
8. Enter the default password sent to you (9)
9. enter a new and personalized code* (10)
10. Repeat the new code (11)
11. Press Send (12)
* The password must consist of:
- minimum 8 characters
- Mixed upper and lower case letters
- contain numbers or special characters.
The password must not:
- contain parts of your name
- be identical to a password you have had before.
3. Setting up the Office suite
How do I make the Office programs ready to use
- Click on the Search (1) and write e.g. Word in the search field (2). Click on the Word to open the program (3).
- Select Log in (4)
- Enter the email address (5) and press Next (6)
- Enter the password (7) and press Log in (8)
- When selecting Default file types, select Office Open XML formats (9). Click here OK (10).
Word is now ready to use.
4. Setting up an email account in Outlook
How do I access my 365 email account?
- Open Outlook from the desktop or click on Search (1) and write Outlook in the search field (2). Click on the Outlook to open the program (3).
- Your email address is automatically inserted after a few seconds. Click here Get connected (4).
- Select Office 365 (5)
4. Check the checkbox in "Don't ask me about...." (6) and select Allowed (7) If you do not see this window, you can proceed to the next step.
5. Enter your email account password (8). Put a check mark in Remember my credentials (9). Click here OK (10).
6. Remove the check mark in Also set up Outlook Mobile on my phone (11). Click here Done (12).

6. Accessing documents in OneDrive and SharePoint
How do I access my document folders in OneDrive and company shared drives in SharePoint?
OneDrive
A few minutes after restarting your PC, it will automatically log into your OneDrive account.
You will then be able to find your personal folders (2) in the Explorer (1)
SharePoint
If your company uses SharePoint as a shared drive, do the following to make it available in Explorer (3)
1. Open a browser and log on to www.office.com

7. Setting up the default printer
- Press the Start (1) and search for Control panel (2). Open the Control panel (3).

Select view by small icons (4) and select Devices and printers (5).
- If you do not see your store's printers in the overview, please contact IT Forum Group.
- Right-click on the desired shop printer. Select the Use as default printerand then select the desired variant of the shop printer (6).
The printer is now selected as the default printer.
