“Partially resolved”
Adobe has now released a new update that fixes the error automatically as soon as Adobe is updated on your PC. We cannot predict when the update will be applied to the individual PC, but expect it to happen within 1 week.
We are therefore releasing updates to Adobe again at our customers where we manage the maintenance of Adobe Reader.
If you have previously set the default PDF program to Edge and you want to change the default PDF program back to Adobe Reader again, you can follow this guide: https://itf.dk/knowledge-base/aabn-pdf-filer-i-adobe-acrobat/
Planned updates
We currently have no planned updates.

Adobe has released an update for Adobe Reader (version 25.001.20982), which unfortunately contains a bug. Some users may experience that PDF files cannot be opened and display the following message:
“Acrobat could not load central DLL file”
We are monitoring the situation closely via Adobe's official operational channels.
New status will follow at the latest.
Temporary workaround is to change the default PDF program from Adobe Reader to Edge. See here how: Open pdf files in browser - IT Forum Gruppen A/S

This morning we are experiencing major challenges getting users on the system who use SMS for 2-factor authentication. The problem is due to delayed or missing SMS delivery from TDC/Nuuday.
Please refer to the TDC/Nuuday operational status page for further information: TDC Operating Information.
We are following the situation closely and will update as soon as we know more.
