ESG Report 2024/25 - Our work with sustainability and responsibility

We want to create transparency in how the IT Forum Group works with sustainability - environmentally, socially and managerially.

Our ESG report 2024/25 brings together our achievements and initiatives in areas such as carbon reduction, green energy, wellbeing and diversity.

The report shows how we take responsibility for our footprint and work purposefully with the UN Sustainable Development Goals, Green power in our data centers and a safe, inclusive workplace.

This is our first ESG report and the beginning of a longer journey towards an even more sustainable future.

Sustainable energy

As part of our dedication to sustainable energy, we have made a decision to run our data centers exclusively on certified wind power. This means that both our own and our customers' data is stored and processed using clean and renewable energy. By doing this, we reduce our carbon footprint and contribute to fighting climate change. Gender equality

We actively work to create an inclusive and diverse work environment where all employees have equal opportunities to develop their potential and contribute to our success. We implement initiatives that promote gender equality across our organization. This includes recruitment practices based on skills and qualifications, salary policies based on transparency and fairness, and career development opportunities for both men and women.

Responsible consumption and production

We emphasize responsible consumption and production. We give our customers the opportunity to choose sustainable and environmentally friendly solutions such as refurbished hardware and products with documented CO2 reduction. We minimize food waste by giving our employees the opportunity to take home excess food from the lunch scheme. We also have efficient waste sorting systems to increase recycling. Our goal is to inspire responsible consumption and production.
