Copilot in Word
In this edition, we focus on Copilot in Word and the exciting news that comes with it.
** Microsoft has announced that Copilot will be available in Danish in April 2024. **
Copilot in Word acts as an intelligent assistant while working with documents in Microsoft Word. Here are some of the ways it can help:
- Automatic sentence completion:
When you start typing a sentence, Copilot in Word will suggest possible ways to complete it based on the context. This saves time and reduces errors. - Search and insert relevant data:
You can use Copilot in Word to search for relevant data or information and then automatically insert it into the document. For example, you can ask for statistics, quotes or other facts and Copilot in Word will find and include them. - Proofreading and suggestions for improvement:
Copilot in Word is also able to suggest improvements in grammar, spelling and sentence structure based on the context of the document. This can help improve the quality of your writing. - Template and layout suggestions:
If you need inspiration for layout or templates for your document, Copilot in Word can suggest different design styles or templates to suit your purpose. - Software integration:
Copilot in Word is integrated directly into the Microsoft Word interface, making it seamless to use while working with documents.
Keep in mind, that the Danish version of Copilot and the features are not ready yet, but that Microsoft expects to launch in April. Copilot in Word is intended as a helper and an additional resource, not as a replacement for human writing and editing.
