Our contact details are still the same
As you probably know, CompliT will become part of IT Forum Gruppen A/S, which gives us bigger and broader shoulders to cover all of Denmark, so we can be even closer to our users. We are now spread across five locations in Denmark: Aarhus, Kolding, Herning, Odense and Ballerup.
Even if we eventually change our name to IT Forum Gruppen, you will still experience the same attentive customer service and high level of professionalism. We still have the same phone number, the same email addresses and it's still the same people who handle your IT. The focus will continue to be on proximity, or as we write on our website "Big enough to know, small enough to know".
What do you need to be aware of?
All agreements and obligations remain unchanged. So for now, just rejoice with us that your IT provider now has more muscle to handle your IT solution.

You have many ways to get in touch with us! We answer both on the phone and via our various emails.
Phone support
If you need to report a system fault, ask about new equipment, want guidance for your equipment or anything else, our telephone support is open Monday to Thursday between 8 am and 4 pm and Friday between 8 am and 3 pm.

If all the technicians are busy, you will speak to our sales people or the CEO himself, who will make sure you are contacted as soon as possible.
On-site support
From our office in Odense, our crews go out and solve both small and large tasks.
Remote support
With Remote Service, CompliT staff can quickly and dynamically start remote control and troubleshooting of your IT system.
You don't have to wait and can do something else while we fix your problem.
